Open Government and Trustworthy Records (2013)

Trustworthy and accessible government records are the means of demonstrating transparency and accountability; they are the legal foundation upon which openness is built. This tool provides benchmarks of good practice in records management that governments and organisations can use to identify areas for improvement in support of openness and accountability.
